Imagine the crisp crackle of golden puff pastry giving way to a warm, gooey Nutella center. These Air Fryer Nutella-Stuffed Pastry Puffs are the kind of dangerously simple dessert that feels bakery-fancy but takes less than 15 minutes to make. Minimal effort, major “ooooh” factor.
Perfect for weekend treats, Galentine’s brunches, or an “I deserve this” Tuesday-night dessert.

5. Dust & serve: Let cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.

🍽️ Serving Tips:
- Plate on a slate board with fresh berries for contrast.
- Great as party finger food with mini napkins.
- Serve alongside espresso or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
🔄 Variations:
- Swap Nutella for cookie butter or peanut butter.
- Add a slice of banana inside before sealing.
- Use puff pastry rounds for mini turnovers.
🛠️ Troubleshooting:
- Nutella leaking? Use less filling and make sure edges are tightly sealed.
- Pastry not browning? Lightly mist with cooking spray or brush with more egg wash.
- Too soft? Increase time by 2 minutes for extra crisp.
🧊 Storage:
- Best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 1 day.
- Reheat in air fryer at 325°F for 2–3 minutes.
- Not ideal for freezing once baked (they get soggy).
