Air Fryer Mini S’mores Pies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts 2 crusts total
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3 graham crackers crushed
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F.
  • Unroll the pie crusts and cut out 12 circles (about 3.5 to 4 inches each) using a round cookie cutter or glass.
  • On 6 of the circles, place a small spoonful of chocolate, a few mini marshmallows, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
  • Top each with a second crust circle and gently press edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
  • Beat the egg and brush the tops of each pie with the egg wash.
  • Air fry in batches at 350°F for 5-6 minutes, or until golden and puffed. Watch closely—they brown fast!
  • Cool for 5 minutes before serving (the insides are molten!).

Notes

  • Add a pinch of flaky salt on top before air frying for extra flavor pop.
  • Want a twist? Add peanut butter with the chocolate!
